phpbb2 needs a SMTP server

Hi guys,

I'm a newbie. I've just installed phpbb2 (a bulletin board thing) on my server. I have to assign an SMTP to direct emails. Does anyone know a good free SMPTP provider?

Doesn't your current web host provide SMTP? If you have a virtual mail server for your domain, try mail.yourdomain.com (?)
