as spam emails? thanks

We have a CMS, we host sites for some clients. They will send out some emails from our server.

But once in a while, some clients complains some of their members can not receive som emails since they are treated as spam emails. I have no idea why those emails were treated as spam email, I have to contact each domain to find out. Is there a better way to check to make sure we do everything right? Do we need add something to the user's domain to tell we can send out email from their domain? If not, do it mean anyone can pretend to send email from any domain that doesn't belong to them?

You might need an Email Optimization Consultant [webmasterworld.com] for your clients if this is an issue. There are several things you can do like setting up SPF Records and possibly DomainKeys. Give the linked thread a good read-through to check out some of your options.
