Free Site Monitoring with keyword and POST?

Does anyone know of a free website monitoring service that can check for the presence of a keyword on the page and test POSTing a form?

OK, I've got mon.itor.us for graphs, Service Uptime for content checking, but I need something for POSTing. Does anyone know of a free service that will test POSTing a form?

What's to test? Does your form script break periodically or something?

I wish I knew. I've gotten a few complaints from customers lately who say they've gotten an error when adding something to their shopping cart or clicking the "Submit Order" button. Their description of the error ranges from a "broken link" to a "blank page".

I'm just going to guess that 9 times out of 10 it's a timeout on that page.
