How to choose Quality anchor Text

Hello friend,

I have dout about a site resorce page. In resource page (www.mysite.com/recource.html)i am using only Anchor text and URL. Let us know Is it necessary to put description on my resource page? if i am not using description for the search engine point of view its good or bad.

Generally it is recommended that you have a description meta tag. A description on the page may be nice for your visitors, but that's up to you.
