I have to need the SEO related help

My site is : <url removed>

And this sites targeted k/w like – web design directory and It can currently seen in Google’s 3 page and position 24 but my client’s targeted it can seen in 1 page in google

Also if u can possible to Provide me my sites meta tag [ Specially For Meta Tag Description ] for Top position related In Google so p’se provide me and then I will upload in my sites

So which step do it

Posting URLs is against the T.O.S of WW.
