Does anyone now any good places to find budget seo? I ran across budgetseo.com but site has to be local or niche to qualify. Do you know of any others? Or perhaps a fast way to learn - free guide etc...

on-page factors won't get you very far these days. assuming that you have already written the content, you will only start to rise up the rankings once you start getting inbound links. so i would concentrate on that.

basic SEO such as using proper headers, paragraphs, filenames and URLs, as well as having a decent directory structure (don't bury all your pages three levels down etc) can be learnt from places like this.

you'd get more benefit spending the money on ads to get your site noticed, or buying-up some links.
