International weather forecast source or API

Hello,

i´m looking forward for an international weather forecast information API.

Weather.com XOAP API is great, but can´t use it because of their service conditions. The main problem is that we have more than 10000 users/day and they say that 25,000 active users in any given month is maximum.

I´ve also tried many other paid services like HAM Weather, but they are quite expensive for us.

Has anyone a tip of a cheaper or completely free service?

wunderground is worth looking into. You'll need to search for the widget a little but its there.

Another option is to not place the weather sitewide, add it to a lesser travelled page. On some sites it helps spread the visits around too.
