Help with a suspicious url

Can somebody take a look at this url and tell me if it is something I need to worry about? I still get to my website from searches ie: widget blogs or whatever. But I do not understand what it means.

widget/exchweb/bin/redir.asp?URL=http://www.example.com/

I am, obviously, example.com but I do not know what all the before site info is. I found this a couple times in my stats. Any help is greatly appreciated.

First, you ought to "example.com-ify" your post before a moderator does. :)

Anyway, to answer your question, it looks to me like someone is linking to your site through a click-tracking script. There's always the chance I'm wrong, but offhand I don't think this is anything to worry about.
