need help with aol spam filters

Im tying to fill out this form on aol so that my website can be on their white list and aol users can receive posts confirmation at my forum.

In the mean time I have no idea what to put for the following fields.

Feedback Loop Email

Confirmation Email

IP Address(es)

they say "Note: Reverse DNS is required for all submissions. IP(s) with no reverse DNS will be automatically denied"

im so confuse. can someone please explain what this all means?
