Easy website updating and management

web site for a dummy

got a buddy that wanted a simple web site to sell his music cd and promote his band. I made him one and now he wants to weekley update it with where the band will be playing.

now he is an old bike ridding buddy of mine but dummer than well you know, he uses his computer only to send his (work)reports in excel to the company.( that is all he knows)

i have been out of making web sites for a while ," what is the easiest / simplest way for him to do this or me to program it so he can do it him self"?

I suggest using blogger.com with the 3rd party hosted option. You can make a nice template for him and the rest will go as blog posts.
