Where to report Amazon EC2 abuse

OK, I'm really upset now. 5-6 Amazon EC2 IP-s attacked my server, making about 16,000 Head requests in 4 minutes.

What can be done with these?

I wish I could tell you where to report them and have something done about it, but many of us just report their activity to one another here: [webmasterworld.com...] and lock them out. The servers do not bring any human visitors so a lot of us just close the door on their IPs.
