Can anyone recommend a service that does video syndication? I am sure there are some other places to submit videos aside from Facebook and Youtube. Any guidence would be appreciated.

One specialist platform is patreon, that allows creators/artists a place for crowdfunding their works. Subscribers pay to see your work. They offer series support for learning and travel and more, in "vlog" format.
I don't use their services, can't tell you more than that they exist. They have a page in Wikipedia that explains, and it might mention other resources there.
