hello, Recently, I download the flash file from video site, but I don't watch it in my iPod,maybe the format isn't compatible.so I have no idea how to do? help some give me some suggestions.

The iPhone and iPod touch do not support Flash. There are rumors that it may happen sometime in the future, but as of now, Flash files will not work on your iPod.

You need to convert a Flash video file (.flv) to MPEG4 (.mp4) for the iPod or iPhone. It should be easy to find software that will do this.
