YouTube Thumbnails on Google SERPs

I've a YouTube vid thats top of the Google SERPs as planned.
The thumbnail on YouTube is also what I want it to be.
All good so far.

So why is my thumbnail not consistently showing on Google UK? It was when the video first appeared in the SERPs

I would say that maybe part of there recent issues of the Country IP Delivery of video. The engine is constantly being modified, however I read about the issues even in other countries just as China.
