Most important influences on rank results

I would like opinions on my list of the most important factors that affect a websites position in search engine results. Not necessarily listed in rank order.

1. A SEO site (friendly URLs, optimal keyword density, internal linking)
2. Great content
3. Back-links
4. Unique Domain name.

I am looking for a reality check if I am way off base. Thank you!

Loose the unique domain name.
Take good the first three and call them SEO.
