Will keyword in both domain and catalogue structure make any harm?

We are going to create a website with the following URL:

keyword1XYZ.com/keyword1/keyword2/keword3

Which have both keyword1 in the domain name and catalogue structure.

Could this have any bad influence in the SERP (the URL looks completely normal and organic)?
