Hello, I am new for the website marketing. Recently my new website just launched and I have a problem of making it known in the search engine. I have set the 3 words <title>, <META NAME="Description">, and <META NAME="Keywords">. but it seems not really working. is there anyone can help me?

Devour all the info you can from this forum. It sounds like you're quite new to this so you'll need to play catch up. Some quick tips:
1. Add more content 2. Get good quality links from other sites 3. Add more content 4. Submit to all the directories you can 5. Add more content
