In all seriousness, it's hard to know who to choose. Problems:
1)Most PPC Mgmt firms are good at Overture, but bad on Google.
2)If it's an agency, they almost *all* are already beyond their capacity limits, and for lack of tools to automate their work internally they deliver poor service to many of their clients.
3)There's too much VC money in the space, leading to companies who know little, marketing much.
I'd recommend a few good ones:
Reprise (NYC)
NewGate (SF)
Unreal (Philly)
Efficient Frontier (DISCLOSURE: I work there)
Decide Interactive (Australia)
Performics (Chicago, good if you're a catalog retailer)
If your PPC spend is <$10K/mo I'd recommend Websourced, a division of CGI Holdings. They seem to be one of the few out there that are successfully scaling service delivery to the SME market.
