Getting large site indexed

How do one get its large website indexed in Google, MSN, Yahoo, AskJeeves

What is the easiest way to get about 200.000 pages indexed at Yahoo, MSN, AskJeeves and so on? Are there only Paid Inclusion methods or can I get it included anyway?

If you are asking for the "easiest" way, it's probably paid inclusion. All other ways go along with a lot of work, unless you pay a professional to do this work for you.

If you want to do it yourself a prerequisite is a sufficient Page Rank/Link Popularity. Otherwise the SEs won't even accept this many pages of your domain in its index.

The second prerequisite is an internal link structure which makes it easy for the crwalers to find their way through your website.

Ok, but then another question.

How comes that google more easily crawls large websites than Yahoo and especially MSN? MSN is the SE that I have most trouble getting my pages into.
