Visitor demographics for 1st, 2nd, etc. page listings

Hi everyone, just wondering what recent responses everyone else is finding related to keywords and serps, ie. how many visitors are coming from first page SE rankings, 2nd page rankings etc. on average.

I'm finding that some monitored sites have good page one and two ranking results but of course clients are so concerned with appearing on page one that I'd like to know other people's thoughts and results from "past-page-one" rankings.
