Hello,

I am new on this forum and I am a beginner with search engine topics.
I have a question that may be stupid... so sorry about that!

Let's say I have a website www.example.com with several pages like www.example.com/index.html, www.domain.com/page1.html, www.example.com/page2.html etc...

When submitting my url for googlebot to add the web site on google, should I only submit one page (main) or should I submit all the pages. I am wondering since I read somewhere that google didn't like mini-networks...

Thanks,
Fep73

Welcome to Webmasterworld fep73!

You only need to submit your homepage to Google, i.e. www.example.com

" You only need to submit your homepage to Google, i.e. www.example.com "

As long as you have all your pages linked clearly. I would recommend that you create a site map page and submit it as well.

Your best bet would be to exchange links with other websites. If you submit your site to google..sure..it will appear in the serps...no where near the top 50...and then it will disappear again.

You will have to submit every so often.

If you trade links, the search engines will find you on their own and continually index you. Get as many quality backlinks as you can. That is the best way to get indexed over and over again.

You don't have to submit your site to Google at all. Get a link to your site from another site that Google spiders, and it'll find that link and find your site.
