ineedhits.com and others?

are this companies effective for your money?

I receive advertisements from companies such as INEEDHITS.COM and TRAFFICMAGNET.COM wher I would pay them a monthly fee and tey clain my rankings will improve.
Can anybody shed any light to know if these companies are worth the while?

I thought ineedhits was a popup exchange site?

Anyway, both of these sites offer the 300 thousand search engine submits. Maybe I'm naive, but that throws up 300 thousand red flags to me :)

How many search engines have you ever used, in your entire life? A dozen?
