Hi,
After doing my own little research I came to the conclusion that ".Com" insertion helps in high positions in Google search engine.

For Example if www.redwidget.com is the site, red widget.com as higher position than rewidget.com for the keyword "widget".
Did anyone notice this?

or am I totally wrong here.:-(

I imagine you are talking about domain names in text links linking to a given site. Google does not parse redwidget.com as red (space) widget.com, it DOES parse red-widget.com as red (space) widget.com

I think you should take a look at your incoming links and see how they are being listed.

Hi scott thank you for the reply.
Sorry for miscommunication ,I was not talking about domain names I referring to title.

I was talking about .com in the title.i.e
<title>red widget.com</title> performs better than
<title>redwidget.com</title>
Can you varify/clarify for this.

Also <title> red widget.com </title>looks to fare better than
<title> red widget<title>

Can you varify/clarify for the same.
