ok sorry about that , but here is my situation ....

I live in a country which is years behind america and the rest of the world in internet technology . Quite frankly i live in a 3rd world country. I would like to identify possible seo and se initiatives and put them into action now (we have a se ) while it is still early . so i need some help in identifying which areas are possible to exploit and i wanna exploit them . I am following the idea that what has happened in America and Europe will happen in the rest of the world . So if you have ideas please by all means shoot . There are loads of things which i can go into but i also have a limited budget .

This is a great opportunity if you have something which is succesful and wanna try it out in another country..
