Does anyone know of any data sources that outline user sessions across the Search Engine spectrum. Google, FAST, DMOZ, Teoma, Wisenut and any others?

Not exactly, but some kids in the office here in Tokyo have come up with a way to track conversion rate based on keyphrase query. We're just now starting to get good data and I hope to be able to assess the quality of traffic not only by keyphrase, but by search engine. The Psy 101 biases I have going in are...

1. Given the same keyphrase query the traffic from Japanese ISP sites such as DION, Biglobe, So-Net, Nifty is going to convert to sales at a higher rate than traffic from google.co.jp even though these ISP sites all use google's index.

2. Yahoo.co.jp, using google's index, will, of course, supply the largest volume of sales.

3. Google.co.jp will supply a lot of traffic, almost as much as Yahoo.co.jp, but it will convert at the lowest rate because users are more sophisticated and tend to surf more web content per minute than those in groups 1 and 2.

Then again, I may be totally wrong; it would not be the first time.

Place your bets.
