How do you make one?

My boss wants a visual representation of our website + I want one so I can try and regain controll of our Pr flow.

How do I do this I have just downloaded Xenu to find all the links as I thought this would be a good start, but it is now on 11000 links and counting!

+ to be honest I'm not sure what it's showing me! Just a long (very long) list of URL's in different colours.

Is their an automatic visual map builder available?

How do you guys do yours, pen and paper and hand navigation of the site? surely not!

Relax! When Xenu is finished you'll have a very nice site-map.
