Does anyone know good reference sites for search engines and the law?
I have a term paper that is focusing on pay for performance vs. free listing as well as other legal aspects. Any leads and/or references would be much appreciative.

You could probably check out Nader's site as well. If you recall the whole flack he raised about the PPC links not being marked as advertising.

I would imagine that his site has links to the court cases, documents, case studies etc... Might give you good background on that aspect of it.
