Does anyone grouped keywords of their customer emails?(and I know people may point me to excel). I want to do this to hgain more insight into my customer keyword database.

Has anyone been able to download and group the words used in their customer email to generate a nice keyword list? I want to do this to gain more insight into my customer keyword database.
