Site Indexed w/URL Containing SEM Tracking Code for Main Keywords

My company recently installed a new web analytics software package. Within 30 minutes of having access to the software, I noticed an issue with one of our keywords: we were receiving traffic to the URL containing the tracking code we use for Google Adwords from Yahoo! organic search results.

We ran into a similar issue about a year ago with our affiliate program. We resolved that quickly as the source was much easier to locate. I cannot imagine how this could have happened, though. I did a bit of research on the link containing our Google Adwords tracking code and I'm showing no inlinks on Yahoo! So, how could this be? And, more importantly, how do I fix this?
