Very interesting reading in that analysis--good find. It went into more detail than most reports that I've seen like that.

Very interesting Richard but not unexpected.

One thing that interests me is how easy it is to track users who operate from a fixed IP - much less of this extra collation is needed...

The key thing is if people with logs share data .....

I have a proposition which is that we share spammers email addresses ourselves so we can maintain up to date blocked senders lists ...

might be a useful aspect to come from privacy invasion :-) do spammers deserve privacy?
