As the Title says... What would be more efficient.. Creating 1 page with content everyday and uploading them everyday OR Creating 7 pages and then uploading all of them once a week.

I would say one a day, that way every time you are crawled they see new content, something I believe to be beneficial

How easily found new pages are makes a difference.
I suspect that daily additions would be better in general. As long as you provide handy, very easily found links to new content, I'm not sure it that the quantity matters.
