I am new to SEO field.I have one doubt. what is organic optimization and how can i doing organic optimization pls explain about it.

organic means when nothing chemical is added and the indgrients are all natural:P

organic optimization is to achieve good positions on the search engines naturally with SEO without paying for PPC and other pay per clicks programs such as adwords.

I'm an uber n00b on here, but I'm learning fast! (Or so I think, I hope someone will correct me if I'm way off).

Without using adwords or some other ppc advertising, the short of it is you grow your website through inbound links, content and and other stuff that's too numerous to be simply stated here. It might help you to check out this awesome thread by Widestrides from back in the day.
