site a has 2 pages, site b has 100 pages, does b rank higher?

both sites are well SEO'd, same number of inbound links, all pages link to each other, everything is the same except site b has more pages.
will site b with 100 pages definitely rank higher? by how much?

Site "b" has more rank potential, as you can maximize the variables on each page better - site "A" has only two title tags, and as that's one of the most important on the page ranking factors, there is more to work with on Site B.
