I was wondering what general rules you guys follow any general rules in relation to the "article directory website" PR ranking.
I have found a huge list of article directories. I have gone to them and they all use the same type of programing. So they are nice looking and seem to have content.
Problem is majority of the 200 i have found have a PR of 0. Does this mean they are going to be a waste of my time?
I have been sticking to the directory websites that have a PR of 4 or above. What do you guys think?
As long as the domains have not been banned by google, there is a good chance (if there is good content and design) that the sites in question will gain PageRank over time.
Links are always worth the time. My 2c
Anyway, I do lots of content marketing and my process is simple. I submit each article by hand to a selection of top article websites (in my opinion) and then use an auto-submit service for the rest of the promotion.
PR really means nothing. If no one is coming to grab your articles, what good is it?
