Claudebot did ask for robots.txt, Randombot did a HEAD then GET to my site's landing page (didn't ask for robots).
I'm blocking many 34.x/16 IP's already, now blocking 34.89.0.0/16.
Anthropic was in the news recently:

I'm not blocking it, nor OpenAI (from which I see periodic hits). There is an image-bot (don't recall the name) that I am blocking.
