New this month, single hits weeks apart, apparently from Digital Ocean (a proxy server?).
Anyone know what it's for?

Oh, are they back? I saw them several times in August on one site, and once on another site in September.
Protocol: HTTP/1.0 (but no other grounds for 403) Via: 1.1 tinyproxy (tinyproxy/1.10.0)
IPs: 134.209.115 (August) 165.227.125 (September)
For reasons that aren’t clear to me, the September visit requested only robots.txt, while the August visits also requested / root.

As a guitar player Grover means something else. Still don't know what Grover/Grover-1.18 actually does. Then again, most crawlers/bots don't make a lot of sense.
