I still have (few) visits from msnbot, why is that?

IP which, indeed, belongs to Microsoft range, with a reverse being : msnbot-207-46-13-102.search.msn.com

I wonder why Microsoft is still running it. Or may be they forget to turn off one of their script.

It doesn’t even seem to be a matter of “still” or “forgot”. The msnbot--not to be confused with msnbot-media--just rematerialized a few months ago. (I think in the other thread I said October 2019.)
