M247 -range contains 4 /24 that are assigned to 4 diff countries.

The RIPE whois reported "51.75.0.0/16" so it probably is the entire /16

Makes me feel like checking out 51.76.0.0/16

as far as 51.76.0.0/16 <--- I might be wrong but somehow I think that is an Amazon Range and listed as
