It appears that 11654 Plaza America Drive Reston, VA 20190 is a UPS Store (703-437-9300) that rents out mail boxes that individuals/businesses use for their mailing address.
So this Project 5 Research Inc uses the UPS Store address with no box, unit or other identifier.
Checked with the Commonwealth of Virginia State Corporation Commission and they show no such entity as Project 5 Research, Inc. - [
