The Ukraine bot is new to me. Since the spelling changes, it may be an experiment and might not stay around long, or might change names again.

It appears your UA switching visitor is from:
Front Range
198.147.20.0 - 198.147.23.255
198.147.20.0/22

which I block along with all the other ranges from this hosting company.

Hey, I recognize that misspelling :) In fact I've seen it far less often than I thought (detour here to check), so the spelling must really have stuck with me.

:: shuffling papers ::

BrowserMatch "Bork-edition \[en\]" keep_out

Don't know why they always say [en] when they're really Ukrainian.* The element "Bork-edition" sounds like a joke. In fact it is a joke-- but a funny one, attached to a real human browser. (I looked it up.)

* Hollywood truism: "A Ukrainian robot doesn't necessarily have to come from the Ukraine."
