Ken,
Although there is a vast difference between "shared hosting" and "colo's", personally (and for categorical convenience), I consider the definition the same.

In May pf this year I had a PHP probe.
Six in succession, all from differnet IP's.
One of the IP's was a different Class C as yours, however the same colo:
DataShack, LC DSV4-4 142.54.160.0 - 142.54.191.255

Considering DSV4-4, I'm sure they have more ranges.
