I got a hit from an msnbot within this range, is this normal?

I got a hit from an msnbot coming from the following range:

131.253.21.0 - 131.253.47.255
[whois.arin.net...]


To be exact:

131.253.41.188 - - [31/Jul/2012:11:11:11 -0400] "GET /robots.txt HTTP/1.1" 403 626 example.com "-" "msnbot-media/1.1 (+http://search.msn.com/msnbot.htm)" "-"

I don't remember ever getting one from this range. Has anyone else seen a hit from this range?

There's a past months thread on this MS IP.
I recall telling lucy that I'd had the media-bot denied for the the longest time because they were not complant, and she made a comment that perhaps my pictures were prettier [webmasterworld.com] than hers.
