are scrolling text messages on your webpage good for SEO or not

ive heard that scrolling text, blinking text, etc. make it harder for SE to crawl

Most search engines consider text in the marquee tag to be just plain text. There aren't any real downsides to using it.

Just don't stuff it with keywords.
