Top keyword density tool they recommend?

Does anyone know of a free or pd softare that can check my webpages and tell me exactly how many times I use each word and it's keyword density. I want to make sure I'm that 3-5% sweet spot for my picked keyword phrases.

The one I use all the time is here on WebmasterWorld, but you need to be a Supporter [webmasterworld.com] to use it.

I'm sure if you do what many in here do, you can find other kw density analyzers: Do a search on the Web. ;-)
