I am curious about what is better for SEO.

http://www.example.com/Site-Map.php
http://www.example.com/Site-Map/index.php
http://www.example.com/Site-Map/Site-Map.php

Basically, how should I construct my page? I am mainly concerned with how the above affects Google, Yahoo, and MSN.

Is there a better forum to post this question in?

Either of the first two are equally fine (I'm not sure about the third). I'm not sure if using some uppercase letters has any effect on rankings.

My normal linking method is to use:
http://www.example.com/site-map/

There's no need to specify the "index.php" part (unless passing variables in the url).

I am pretty sure the case of the letters make no difference, however they just looked nice. I think I might want to stay lowercase since I am on linux.
