Dublicate content on different URIs

When will google penalize?

On our homepage (see profile), you can access the index-page in three different ways, on three different URIs: "/", "/html/", "/html/index.html".

Could google be sensitive about this or isn't that enough for a penalty because of dublicate content?

And another Question regarding PR: will google generate PR's for different Querystring, or will the PR be generate only per page base. Ex. will google calculate different PRs for "/index.html?lang=de" and "/index.html?lang=en" or will there just be on PR for "/index.html"?

I have a question in response to your question. Why do you have multiple index pages?
