Problem EU and the UK not excluding USA but in case or retaliation big tech have all small businesses in the box!

Amazon charges clicks that you don’t even have logs for! eBay I heard charging paid clicks when ads were off for months, Google has a lot of questionable traffic, Meta claims ads have views but they hardly display ads not to annoy viewers!

There is technically no evidence what small businesses pay for and have no say in the big tech box either!

This is a growing issue with Big Tech - especially "platforms". They are hording all the data and not sharing. Worse still, most ad platforms don’t allow you to export raw click data with enough granularity to cross-check against your own server logs.

Has anyone successfully forced a platform to provide click logs in a dispute?
