Dropping Traffic Huge List Of Referring Domains

I have around 1100 referring domains most of which are spammy domains with 0 traffic as per ahrefs data.
200+ something are from a single site spawned in 200+ domains this spammer I believe runs a spam farm.
Other spammy subdomain sites link to my urls in by appending /1000 and forcing google to crawl them and show them to me under "pages with redirect".
Some sneaky pages link to my site and the links are only visible to GoogleBot or ahrefs bot not to me.

Should I disavow?
Ask the hosting companies to suspend the sites?
What is your recommendation?

Hi ryan92 and welcome to WebmasterWorld [webmasterworld.com]

Don't waste time disavowing links you did not create or buy. Pretty much every site has unwanted junk links, and you'll see those links go away so long as you are not assisting them. By that, I mean make sure you are not allowing your content to be shown on other sites except by copy/paste. Have you looked at your logs to look for signs of hotlinking or unusual server responses?

for junk referrers I nuke those the same way you take out ips bots etc... A mess of 403s makes things go away a lot faster.
