Is there a way to automatically find sites with high domain authority in a particular niche ie. fashion? I'm looking for blogs in particular.

almo136 - From your question, it sounds like you're looking for sites that would make good backlink sources to other sites. Just a guess.
If that's your thought, you've got a lot of reading to do to catch up on Google's linking policies and penalties. I don't think that's an effective way to approach SEO any more.
