My web developers have recently quoted me roughly £300 setup and £100 monthly management fee, plus any adspend.
This sounds a little expensive, considering I can actually do the work in-house.
Is that a typical fee?

As far as I know, PPC firms will charge a set up fee and then a management fee which is typically a percenatge of your ad spend (with a minimum set amount).
